Green Armitage Guarantee

Did you say $600 a year?!

Yes.

The Sanders Company will guarantee that Green Armitage owners' energy bills will be no more than $600 a year, at current energy prices (as of May 1, 2007), for the first two years you own your home. If the building doesn't perform, we'll pay the difference. This guarantee is valid under the following parameters:

Reasonable use of hot water and electrical devices
Thermostat set at no lower than 72 degrees in the summer and no higher than 68 degrees in winter
Use of provided appliances, light fixtures and plumbing fixtures
