The Sanders Company was founded in 1985 and is based on the principals of honesty, integrity and building better homes using science and innovation. Long-time environmentalist Paul Sanders has long incorporated high-quality touches like soy-foam insulation and energy-efficient windows into his buildings that make large differences in occupant comfort and energy use. He is never satisfied with the status quo and finds improving on the quality of his previous buildings to be a interesting challenge. A long-time resident of Logan Square, Mr. Sanders built one of the first condo developments in the neighborhood and has continued with a series of rehabs and new construction that combine chic style with eco-friendly design and have found happy buyers. The Sanders Company is a pioneer in the Chicago green building market and will continue to create better, greener buldings for homeowners who care about their energy bills, the health and comfort level of their homes and their impact on our environment.
